What is the maximum number of Antminer S9's that can be ordered from Bitmain's shop, when it is available. I am looking to purchase 300+ miners and I would like to purchase all of them at once. I have contacted Bitmain about this, and they have not really answered my question and simply referred me to their shop and saying that they will be releasing more miners soon. So, before I get my financing and everything, I would like to know if it is possible to purchase 300+ miners at once, or in a reasonable timeframe.

Also, if anyone has any information about more direct contact with Bitmain, then I would really appreciate that too!

I you can always try the cart option but they tend to sell out fast.

I remember reading posts minths ago about needing a go between who is in China to work as a broker for you.

Have you considered ordering from Canaan. You might atleast get a straight answer and a timeline. It sounds like you are about to go through a huge undertaking; and would like some level of certainty.

Good luck

Ya I tried the cart option once. I had a technical issue and they sold out before I could check the maximum amount that I can check out with. And this is a large undertaking for me, so I definitely want some certainty towards miner availability--for the initial purchase and reinvestment purposes.

About Canaan - I've determined that they are overpriced. If it was a case of ~5%, then I would not mind too much. But, it is 15% more expensive. Since these translate directly to revenue, I am very price conscious. Also, Bitmain has a lead time of 2 months, which is less than others, with 3 or more months.

If you want to hop on a phone call with me sometime this week/end, I'm throwing together a group buy and have been confirmed for the April Shipment. I don't know exactly how many they're going to give me in terms of allocation though. So far I asked for 200-300 units and through the group buy sign up I have sent out about ~170 Antminers worth of invoices in the last 3 days.

Here is my number 608-629-5398 Extension 101; email: matt@midwestminers.com; I'll give you my cell phone number too, just don't feel like posting that into an open forum yet.

Ive put in multiple orders for over 3000 miners so 300 is a drop in the bucket. That being said for bulk purchases its not always best to go through the website.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

So how did you order 3000+ miners at once if not through website? How can I contact them so that I will not get a generic email answer?

Sounds great, but you don't have very many posts and if you're not a scam, then how much are you charging for the miners?

Bitmain should lower the maximum order for their products. And it's not only for Bitmain, all miner hardware providers should do that.
I just don't understand why some people can purchase on the large scale. Some people can't get a large quantities of crypto just because they have more money to buy more stuff. It's called monopoly.
Where's the decentralized system that we shouted every day?

The large scale miners, nor Bitmain cares about that, it's just money out vs money in. It's a lot less trouble to sell 5000 units to a single partner than selling 1 unit each to 5000 people.

It's in this calculator, also if you'd notice my low post history; you could have easily navigated to the thread for the Group Buy I'm organizing. Either way, I have about ~170-185 units reserved of the 200 for the order. Depending on if people are following through or not I may up that to 300 since I have a business looking to purchase 125 themselves.
