This is a really interesting idea. I'm not 100% clear on why it's a blockchain project though? Is the blockchain for quality control? or supply chain management? Would be great to get some more detail.

So we will really unite so called old-fashion business, based on mineral resources (peat in our case) and modern Crypto World. Now we need time to make necessary preparation for this. Peat is extracted by two methods: milled and lumpy. In your project, only the milling method is described. And what about lumps? The extraction of peat by the lump method is less dependent on the weather.
