i feel you..had the same feeling the moment i start to know much better of this crypto world. i read a lot, then more question coming and i need the answer fast, dont have enough sleep for a month!

but what i learn now, take it one at a time, this forum is good place to get as much information.

I highly recommend watching a few videos on blockchain technology. Videos tend to explain things better and faster than reading.
After that, do take a look at some white papers to get an understanding of what each coin is trying to do!

yes as the implies as a beginner you need guide manual to teach were to go and no as a new comer you have to start from the beginner and help to guide you through before moving to another stage as they say life stage by stage.

I am a newcomer too. So apart from the advices from learning the knowledge, it would be also good to play in the market with very small amount of money. For an example, you will consider transaction fees a big chunk if your investment is not big enough.
