I just like to invest and hold, but only in the right ones.

In my opinion XEM is very good buy if it goes below 0.10 during this bear market. It has a lot of potential to go upside after this exchange  hack thing and corrective bear market. I'm also interested in BOS and Lisk. The last one, IMO, will go through $50 during the next bull market season.

If you are looking for good profit in the future you must first look at the MarketCap and Total number of coins. A coin with large coin supply (billions) can't grow very much in the future, not even 1$.
My choice: Masari.
It's a Monero fork, good relashionship with Monero, only 18.5 millions total coin supply and it's still early, only 2500 sats on SouthXexchange.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

I like Ethereum so much and I am a big fan of it. I invested more in Ethereum than any other coins because for me, being the stable coin is the advantage from the others. I can't wait for the new plans of the developer for Ethereum this year.

It is very hard to find coin under 2 dollars with big potencial to grow in long term investmen.  But i can recommend you ripples.

I know, part of people here do not like this coin but it will achieve growth and will be profitable for people which will invest in it

I think that ethlend is the definition of long gem coin. There are many tokens that try to simulate alternative lending process over blockchain in p2p manner. I think ethlend is going to be closest one in future.

There are so many undervalued projects in the space currently, I will pick Boscoin, Cofi, Enigma, Insight Netwrok, Bee token . These tokens are all below their ICO price, sound idea, solid team and good entry points for me. I also like Bluzlle and Appcoins but their marketcap seems high when compared to others

Ripple for long term and TRX for short term. Maybe get Ripple, now it is quite cheap, around 0.4-0.5, someone hope it will go up to approximate 5. I think it will reach at least 3-3.5. No matter what, it is worthy to buy Ripple now.

Interesting question, as we need to look into product development and market impact potential. From something I remember and not in top 50 market cap, I would probably name DMT token. Still cheap + taken a nice pace in development

Most of them are probably scam but for sure some of them have potential. You can also participate in airdrops, so you can "invest" withot risking your money. I participatet in the Marinecoin Airdrop a few weeks ago Their Airdrop is still going on but they changed it a bit. You can now claim 20000 MTC every day as long as there are MTC left.I am pretty sure that it will become more profitable in the nearer future since it really has potential: a dev-less, community based coin with zero fees. It is time tested, is a machine to machine system and works with artificial intelligence. Can also become great with iot.

I don't know of any coins that you can invest with $2 or less for the long term. Doesn't make sensee, considering that transaction fees of moving the coins around exchanges and wallets will result in probably at least 10% of your investment lost.

But if you mean coins under $2 in value instead, I think IOTA is a good long term hold. Right now its value is under $1.5, which is extremely undervalued in my opinion. Once they add anonymity to their network and fix existing issues like disappearing balances etc., its value will skyrocket.

Also, Monero is a good buy as well. Obviously its value is over $100 per XMR but you can always buy fractions of a XMR. I'm holding XMR long term myself.

Under two dollars, I think Ripple is the best choice you could pick. It's on the TOP 10 Marketcap with established use and team. It is now down by 70% from it's all time high 3$, research well and try to enter on ripple, this is a great buy.
