I don't know about you guys but I've been eyeing for NEO, DENT and TRX for a long time now, I really think that these coins will become something big in the future, I've been planning to buy some and hold it for a long time, I just can't find the perfect time to do so. Also I think Neo can be considered a long term gem as well, pretty sure that holding this coin will bring a lot of fortune in the future.

monero (xmr) just because it is very secure and anonymous
deeponion (onion) because I love the community !!! I think it will be the next big thing. You should check it out
miota (iota) is also a very interessting project if you think about long term projects

maybe minereum is the choice with the token creations services as the main features
also the most undervalued token in my opinion is COSS as the exchange token with a lot of new thing will come to the platform
