I have been battling
www.coolcat-casino.com/webplay/ since 02/10/2017 for $200 USD withdraw I won playing their gaming platform. I actually won $2500 but some hidden fine print stated that if initial payment deposit is with players rewards card that I am only able to withdraw $200 max after 30x playthrough is reached.
and option to withdraw funds in payment using bitcoin. So thats what I opt'd to do. it has been almost 347 days now and ive collected all the transcripts from my support discussions. These start at 6 weeks after the withdraw date. (required amount of time for coolcat casino to get the payment to payee)
I sent in all my documents. Documents were confirmed. Withdraw Approval Granted.
Submited to withdraw $200 through coolcat's platform. Followed the directions which were to email
payments@casinosupportcenter.com with my information including wallet address. Which i had done twice back in april.
Still nothing landed in my wallet. after several customer support chats where i was given the run around.
So i recently have dedicated myself to getting my money considering they owe me .2021 BTC. Its in their system.
still unpaid withdraw to payee. $200 in BTC on 02/10/17 @ days low is 989.74 thats 20.21% of a bitcoin.
I am having a heck of a time. Can anyone suggest a way to get what I am entitled to?
