Hacked account - Theymos please act

apparently there is some kind of hacking attack happening at the moment. I got the mail with the personal message with the following content:

You have just been sent a personal message by man22555 on Bitcoin Forum.

IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email.

The message they sent you was:

pls shortly confirm that this acc is for sale. thanks!

I answered that my account is not for sale. Few minutes later i got two mails "Password changed" and "Email changed". I have locked account with the link i got but what to do next since i cannot access my account anymore?

There's a lot going on now perhaps thermos is very busy as of the moment.
You might want to investigate in this moderated topic of nullius The nullian bitcult he stated that the possibility of inside job in bitcointalk community is rather possible furthermore he was claiming that a judgement day will come.

P.S it is pleasant to become a follower of this bitcult, and see how things go.

I have no doubt that he is very busy and not just now but in general. It takes a lot of time to run a forum of this size and this is probably not the only thing he is doing. Unfortunately, there is no one else. Cyrus did not respond for two weeks.

As far as the inside job is in question, this is definitely one possibility. Large amounts of money tend to affect people in a strange ways. But people have different ideas about right and wrong. And with all the coordinated attacks on bitcoin, i would say that this forum represents important target.

Cult i would not comment - like any other cult - manipulating the truths, semi-truths and imagination into a something that suits the individual need.

its not to easy to retrieve that account so many process maybe you just report and lesson do not trust anyone

Actually for admin it should be no big deal. And it has nothing to do with trust, someone found the way to change the email on targeted user. So it could be anyone.
