the way i see it actually is the funding of this project that is likely to be an issue because its going to definitely cost much eventually but hopefully they might hit softcap and then it gets kickstarted

I think the relaunching of their bounty program had been done since april 1st week as I recall. The bounty will be done in may 30. They have announce it in their telegram.
