We are still in the Community Building Token Sale (CBTS) Stages. We will have one more community building token sale for the month of May and then we will go ahead with the Pre-ICO sale. Everything is right on schedule.

It's all classify as ICO in my opinion, but I remember that you entered Pre-sale (30% bonus) and after sometime you went back CBTS (40% bonus). For now, website shows that kepler is Pre-sale stage with 30% bonus.
Stage between 40% and 30% is most important stage and stage that should end up quickly if there is huge demand, because I don't think people will purchase that much with 20%, 10% 5% during what you called ICO stage.

The community building token stage and the regular Pre-ICO and the main ICO are different from each other and they differ in purpose. The purpose of CBTS is to gather the foot soldiers, the community. The regular John Doe's while the Pre-ICO and ICO are for those big money spenders, the whales, the entities, and dinosaurs. As such CBTS got higher bonus because we are dealing with the regular community those guys like you and me.
