Hello. 2 weeks ago I ordered antminer L3 plus from bitmain directly. I paid through wire transfer and I have submitted my proof of payment. 7 days passed and they did not confirm my order. I contacted them through email but no response I sent more than 8 emails (every two days I sent one) but still no reply.
I contacted them through Twitter but no answer.

Guys what do you think should I do?

I don't want the miner anymore I just want my money back.
I'm tired from bitmain

Please help me

Update :
Surprisingly, after posting this post they replied to me. I don't know whether it is coincidence or due to the post

Coincidence, they don't seem to do much in these forums.  At least it was only 8 days, they delayed a replacement unit of mine for months... Tongue

Chinese New Year, most companies take 2+ weeks off. Their Twitter has been quiet as well.

Why do all calendars I see show Chinese New Year as Feb 16 this year?

They were out of the office for like 10 days but that was not for Chinese New Year. We will be feeling the slowdown from that starting this week as we move into February and they slow things down in preparation.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
