Coinbase is the best exchange site for buy and sell
That's mere an overstatement, as fees are big comparing to other exchanges.
But that's only my personal opinion.

LocalBitcoins is the way to go if there are sellers in your country. If not - there should be companies that exchange crypto in your country, at least there are such companies in mine. You could also join a Bitcoin Facebook Group and find somebody who sells BTC there and meet person to person.

Binance, Kucoin, Bitfinex - don't have lags, minimum for lot is about 10 USD, excelent for beginers, but Bitfinex don't have registration now Tongue Localbitcoins for buy/sell bitcoins, like for exchange rates.

I use Bittrex but they have problems with lags, and Binance. Bittrex is popular but many people go to Binance.

I think Binance and bitfinex are good. Invest in an external wallet if possible to store crypto

Try to avoid exchanges as most of them are ponzi and cobwebs rather you can trade your investments slowly

Hello, what is best exchange site where I can buy Bitcoin for fiat via bank transfer? And how long it needs to show that this money is on my balance?

Some exchanges need 5 days and that's too much.

Binance, Bitrex, Kucoin, coinbase

There are of course a vast collection of cryptoexchanges on the cyberspace that caters crypto traders and investors, each with unique capabilities, features, and exchanges rates. For me, coinexchange, hitbtc, and kucoin are one of the best cryptoexchanges out there with also low exchange rates.

For Coin Exchange, I highly recommend idex. why idex? in addition to easy to use, just near the deposit, withdraw and transfer. Idex gas costs are also quite cheap. the transaction is very fast. other than that idex system is very safe because it has private key and utc like in myetherwallet. Once again I recommend in the Exchange Idex.

Maybe I'm missing the point here, but AFAIC the question was "for FIAT".
Binance & KuCoin does NOT allow to buy for FIATs.
Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex (?!), GDAX does.

As far as I think the best forum for beginners is bitcointalk. When I first started to learn a lot from this forum.

coinbase is one of the best exchanges out there where you can exchange fiat to BTC and vise versa.

You can buy bitcoin via many exchangers like cex.io , coinbase, coinmama. But some sites didn't support some countries.
