Well, doesn't "Found Hash!" mean it found a block?
No, it means you found a hash fitting the pool difficulty (for the purpose of determination of shares), which is way, way, waaaaaaaaaay lower than network difficulty, which would produce a block.
You not getting any rewards is again related to you CPU-mining Bitcoin. Your contribution is way too low to account for any shares.
