I need 10 Merit

I can see that you not got a merit till now. Getting 10 from same member is possible only when if you post something exceptional. For instance, a member did some research regarding members with merits in a particular bounty campaign. He posted it today and already got 10 so far, these merits are not for exceptional writing skills but for the effort that he is making. Thanks for this very kind gesture - I was due to be member yesterday, but unfortunately I wasn't aware of the new merit system until that point! I have tried using my (quite limited) knowledge to write tutorials that will help the community - I even used pictures... but so far nobody is really reading them. I wonder if some might be interesting to you?

You are writing awesome posts and got merits from other members. I gave one to you as well.

Rest of the applicants need to improve. I will give 2-3 more in this giveaway and close this.

For Jr member and Newbies its hard for them to get a lot of merit, because they need to prove their self into others. They need to post high quality as they can to get the respect and to earned merits from the other users.

However in my sight, I guess we need to give them some consideration, since they are newly in bitcointalk they need a lot of time before they totally understand the routine in this site.

But when time they reach Jr member spot and still their post is low quality the problems were in the users, because they can't seriously do their job.

OP your so awesome! Thanks for helping out new members like me gain merits. I really appreciate this kind of act helping a hand to newbies. Hope that you guys will continue to lift us up and support newbies in your own little way.

I was hoping as well to get some merits with my newb posts. I know I'm still new into this forum and English is my 2nd language so I'm doing my very best to at least create not just good but better quality post as what others are doing.

OP if you have some spare time please try to take a glimpse on my posts if one of them deserves some merit. I know that I'm not that very good in English but I'm really doing my best to every post that I'm gonna make.

Hope that some of my posts will be of great quality to the eyes of high ranks even if its not that long.

I really wanted to learn more things when it comes to creating good quality posts and as well as help others impart the little knowledge that I've learned about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency.

There are some newbie and jr member collecting merit too fast, it is not a basis if you are newbie or jr the important is you have more knowledge about crypto currency. Honestly there are some newbie or jr member could post more quality than some higher because they are much knowledgeable in this field.
By the way OP did a great job to focus on lower rank to give merit and help them to motivate to do more quality post and do not spam and post meaningless or off topic.

Giveaway? They need to prove that they have a good quality post, yes we need to consider their post but it not means that they need immediate a merit. I think it is a big challenges for them to ranking up, but as I see more newbies and jr members are earn merit even their post is nonsense. I guess we need to watch that, because abusing there are some users abusing giving merit.

Newbies and Jr Member are need to prove their self to gain merits because if they can't post good quality they can't earned merit. Other than that they need to avoid posting of nonsense or off topic to easily for them to gain merits.
