You can join now in some bounties that is requiring a junior member rank. But read all first the rules of the bounty that you are joining. Don't just fill up the forms always read first the rules if you are qualified. You can still join Social campaign bounties regarding your rank. You can also join some signature campaigns but the stakes you will get is not that much higher because in signature campaigns the higher the rank the higher the stakes you will get, So get some merits for you to rank up.

I agree on your advice about leveling up but come to think off that this new merit system would really put you in trouble on ranking up your account which means you would really need to be a good post quality poster before you would able to rank up. Talking about steemit its a good way but wont really be easy for anyone.

I see that you are belongs to different bounty campaign. Are you advertising your own project here in this post? If I am right please don't do that at all buddy. I suggest to invest some time on toplistico site and put your money on the top list ICO you find.
If there are any cheap project being promoted by any owners or team mate please do not take time to concentrate that.
You can find the good project by checking the manager they are using and escrow for token distribution.

I don't think bounty manager do required some merit points to join to their campaign, most of them are really looking for at least Jr. Member account to be qualified to their bounty program. As long as you follow their rules you don't have a problem but you should at least know where to join a legitimate bounty campaign because some of the bounty programs are just a scam, be sure to read to the news or follow their telegram and ask everything if you really want to participate to their program.
