My 1080 ti is giving me around 13-14 MH/S. Running at 1987 core, 5643 mem, 60 degree C, 35% fanspeed. all stable.

My other 1080ti in another rig is pulling 37-38mhs. Anyone encounter this?

Its probably because on your another rig you have updated windows 10 to at least anniversary editon if i recall correctly,point is just update windows to the latest edition and you will be fine.But in the first place mining eth clones with 1080ti is a waste of hash and electricity because those cards can bring you more money on other coins,for example mining lux coin
