Which is the best Cryptocurrency to invest 2018?

BTC is the best because it is the beginning of this process. Without  BTC there is no cryptocurrency at all. That is my opinion.

Currently we can be said so, it must be admitted that the main factor that makes the price of altcoins up or down is bitcoin, this is because bitcoin is the standard price of all altcoins, but I'm sure someday bitcoin will be replaced with better coins.

I don't think this is a good ideal at all, Bitcoin is no more the most promising crypto to invest anymore at the moment that it was going down from 20k$ to 8k$. Everthing isn't that smooth for Bitcoin.

Bitcoin and ethereum are different in each other so we can't really say which currency boom at this year. But for me as I monitor the transaction and these two coins, I think ethereum is much better compare to btc. Ethereum has a low value but very fast transaction which is good for long term and short term investment.
