the good thing with ICOs is to spend some personal time of the project to see the project grow.
If you understand the workings and technologies that underlie the digital currency, believe that the digital currency will revolutionize the banking system, change the way people transact, and be accepted by everyone I think it's better to search or observe ICO like that. I will only advice to check the ICO you are investing in well before parting away your money. Most of them are scams and are ready for hit and run. But no doubt good ones exists. Check the team background, their linkedIn profile and Tweeter, check bitcoin forum to read people's coment about the project. it matters alot. Once you sense any red flag then scram.

Tomocoin is definitely a very interesting project. It is a smart contract platform project with a relatively low hard cap. Its telegram is very active and its team is good. I would say tomo is the best out of these three you mentioned. |

RocketICO has been doing fine, I think they deserve more merit than they have. I am now into Helbiz and I really hope it succeeds for me and because I would love to have the project live. |

Partially correct since we are the one who's responsible to seek on which platforms/ICO's are worth to join with and we shouldn't listen for any advise easily since maybe some of them are not totally worth and been pump by their sane supporters. So research carefully on some critical info beneath on the project and by that we can tell that the project is so worthy. |
