Kleros, Ubex, Liven and Aimedis, ICOs are cheap now and you can get them for less money, there is a great chance that market will recover next year so I would only suggest ICOs as they are no directly in the crash. Go for projects like Liven and Redcab, these are my top pick.

It's good to ask questions about good and promising ICO's. now you already have a preconceived idea about the 3 you are pointing out. but then, there are criteria for choosing ICO, one of such is the proficiency of the team behind those ICO's, check their road-map and check out the project type if its executable etc. there are so many scam ICO's and there are also very good ones. Just be careful when making your choice.

it is only the half of the year, so other cryptocitrencies have a lot of time to become popular, too early to make conclusions
