These 2 are my major strategy, especially on large scale projects. I sent SMART goals, focusing on making sure they are achievable, and I celebrate small wins. It's moderation though, if a small win takes me 30 mins to accomplish, I don't reward myself with an hour of 'free time'. Celebrations are inline with the effort each win takes, but it's important to recognize these so that you focus on the growth and positive change of your work/project.

I suggest you set a CRYSTAL CLEAR GOAL of what you want to achieve in life that it makes you so excited to jump out of bed.
