How motivate yourself to work?

By thinking every task is just a normal work for the day. That you gotta to do it because it is a already part of your daily activity, and your day will not be complete without the work. Treat the work as something you wanted to do, not something you are forced to do. This perspective will not only help you to accomplish task but to accomplish it satisfactorily.

Hard working for achieving goals, is a way to prove to yourself and to others that you worth living, it allows you to test your abilities..
If you just have the will to do it, you'll do it..!

all of your points are really appropriate and best if followed,but i will admit that it is hard for me to Stop caring about things that don't matter because for me everything matters even small things specially if my family and friends are involved and this hinders me to get some big part of my life and also the reason why i once become a gambler addicted.

It is very difficult to motivate myself at work, because I don't really like what I am doing.
The most powerful thing I am doing is to think that I have to work hard, finish my job in order to go home and relax. The hardest I am going to work the more time I am going to have in order to relax.

Motivation is a quite complicated thing. You never know how it is going to work. If you have a definite interest in your life at the moment it'll push you by itself. If it's not sufficient then you need to use some methods I use the following: life is not meant to be nice and easy all the time, you don't have any other option but just get up and start doing what you are supposed to do. It might become easier at some point then you'll be much happier. So far take everything as it is and don't worry about the rest.

when deadline is not close we ignore our work to do it and waste time so we have to set a time limit and finish our work , we cant imporove overnight with small improvements daily we should improve

It could be sound too much, but, you should find your mission and your activities must move to it. When you want to do something, ask yourself, is it helping me achieve my mission's goals or not. If not, don't do it. Keep looking for other ways or ideas.

Just take a look at the daily lifestyle of rich people, what they do, where they go, how they live, what they eat and drive, etc.  If you want such a life, then go and work hard to reach that. 

I agree with you because without labor nothing is possible but the rich people do not have to prepare themselves for the task ahead without looking at daily life. You have to create your own life In order to work you need to keep your mind fresh and function in a calm environment and control your emotions so that this is possible.
