If a hacker by some unexpected way gets my wallet keys from my computer or e-mail... (blokchain.info) stores it on account owner's hard drive.... Will the hacker be able to get full access to my wallet without connecting with blockchain.info site? There are so many security addons on blockchain.info and I'm wondering if it is necessary at all......

it's like this: you lose the key to your house and your address is engraved on the key, then someone finds it and decides to loot you while you're not at home.

Ok, but blockchain keeps my wallet encrypted on my computer. So if in some more unexpected way a hacker would know my password too then no blockchain additional fancy account access methods would protect me, right?
Going further, the only factor to keep me safe is protecting my password (out of keyloggers) right? No fancy account access methods from blockchain gain more security?
