hi guys im looking to set up a rig which card will give me best hashes per watt?

It depends on algo... for example for Cryptonight (XMR, SUMO, ETN,...) take AMD Vega.

If you are talking about Nvidia cards the current champion is the 1070ti. Running at 65% and 200 core you get around 505 sols at 117 watts. That’s about 4.33 sols per watt.

do it make a difference have  cards from different manufactures, im getting  some used 1060s from friends by nivida and im buying  some asus 1060s bcoz they are cheaper will that be a issue? problems with driver etc?

Not really, more important are memory vendors. For Nvidia is best Samsung, but it only counts for some algos...

+1 on the 1070 TI although I hit 4.3 Sols per watt on a EVGA 1080 Hybrid and FTW2 615 sols by Running 90 power, +100 core and +1000 mem on Equihash. Could just be that I hit the silicone lottery.
