Most of those seem to be related to IRC (finding peers) or Bitcoin mining (CPU mining via wallet). Both features are pretty much unnecessary/obsolete in a modern coin client. Note that I am not stating this executable is absolutely 100% clean, just that it's likely there are a lot of harmless false positives.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

hubinator, These are false positive alarms on the "OLD" Obsolete client. We had issues with peers connecting in version 1.3.0, so the IRC Address linked in the code in 1.3.1 may now also be blacklisted. This again is in no way the method of connecting the recent 2.1.1 version. Please be sure to use the 2.1.1 client embedded in github. https://github.com/CryptoBuck/CryptoBuck2/releasesWe will also be updating the ANN to remove any references to this old chain. Thank you for making us aware that the old links are still on the ANN. CryptoBuck Height = 58636

When was the last PoW block mined? Is it stuck at high diff?

If no one want mining at current difficulty - no new PoW blocks found. Just start mining.

Yeah but at a difficulty of 190 (with seemingly NO ONE ELSE mining) that's easier said than done. In theory my modest 28MH/s will take around 8 hours to find a block and break the diff wall, but that's for pure PoW. With PoS in the mix, it could take much longer. edit: there are little pockets of PoW mining, sometimes only 10 or so blocks at a time. Diff doesn't seem to change much, even after prolonged periods of no PoW blocks. I guess the algo doesn't adjust downwards quickly. 01-Aug-2017 02-Aug-2017 05-Aug-2017 07-Aug-2017 11-Aug-2017 12-Aug-2017 14-Aug-2017 18-Aug-2017 19-Aug-2017

Max downwards -33% (was 100 diff, new 67) PoS not affect to PoW at all, only if you have long time update for new work in getwork protocol.

As you suggest, a new PoS block means a PoW miner has to abandon the work it has done, and start on a fresh block. There would only be no effect if they were on separate chains. Both types of mining are competing for the next spot in the same chain. PoW - 3 min spacing? - 480/day? PoS - 5 min spacing - 288/day Total: 788/day I'm not a stats person so I don't fully understand the probabilities involved with block time prediction, but I guess that means you would derate the estimation by the 480/768 ratio, so an estimated 8 hours for pure PoW becomes 12.8 hours for PoS/PoW.

In most other coins PoS block increase PoW difficulty. In BUK2 PoW and PoS difficulty retarget separately and both 5 min. And I start miner and found one block for you, next diff is 127.

i sent 100.0 BUK to another wallet Status: 0/unconfirmed Date: 27/11/2017 16:13 To: 33niAyVAGgX5U9kq28nKfbyy3hTK64SBpL Debit: -100.00 BUK Transaction fee: -0.001 BUK Net amount: -100.001 BUK Transaction ID: 59681ea97d75218f0843ace99bfe8ef1513a841241d7960eff060b859c865426 but still the coins have not sent. almost 24 hours so i do repairwallet and 100.0 BUK are back in my wallet. then i try to send 100.00 BUK again and wallet say's Error: The transaction was rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here. so i do repairwallet again 10:08:33 repairwallet 10:08:33 {"wallet check passed" : true } but i still can not send coins as i get the same Error message why is this crap happening

Hi Endoffiat,
Just checked both that address and transaction ID, and both are not showing up on the CryptoBuck Chain. Need to know are you sending from 1 QT wallet to another QT wallet, or are you sending from an exchange? If using QT wallets, please make sure you are using version 2.1.1 Also, please send the address you are sending from... We are here to help you, let us know.

Do not use advanced coin control, if not understand how it works. If you check some coins in coin control and that block make stake before you press "send", transaction never confirmed. I send to 33niAyVAGgX5U9kq28nKfbyy3hTK64SBpL 10 BUK for testing.

If you not understand, do nothing. After some time transactions split into optimal size parameters automatically. Just keep wallet always online.

split blocks only for current transaction and only if you send coins from and to same wallet. Now keep always uncheck or you can't send coins.
