Blocks 70001 and greater will reward the miner with 11 BUK’s
10,000,000 (10M) Cap on BUK’s production between year 4 and 5

By the way... According to the block chain structure, it's another BottleCaps clone. In the meantime, BottleCaps was forked from NovaCoin 0.4.1. Where are the copyrights of these two projects? Have you read the MIT license before forking?

I hope that this will provide appropriate notes in the readme.txt and license files.
