So point taken. But this is an English language forum so I was at least semi-correct...

Pretty much everything is under DDOS attack. All the pools plus the coin's website. You can still connect and get work from nearmiss's pool. Point your miners here -> stratum+tcp://mine-BUK.scryptmining.com:3991/ You'd have to have an account setup already, but it's sending work and paying out properly. Good job nearmiss!

***48th HOUR UPDATE***
Just wanted to start off by saying "Thank You" to all of the BUK miners. The first 2 days of Launch have been interesting. All 3 pools http://pool.CryptoBuck.com http://buk.scryptmining.com and the Chinese http://pool.800996.com:8041/index.php have been under Heavy DDos Attack. This has put all 3 pools in and out of service late Wednesday. Currently at the time of this writing all 3 Pools are functioning. I have been made aware that Buk.Scryptmining.com is mining just fine in the backend but continues to be getting hit on the Webpage. We will be implementing a more robust DDos protection in the next 24-48 hours, which should help with the Pools Stability going forward. CryptoBuck.com also has reports of Down time from similar attacks. Please note: www.cryptobuck.com is hosted as an alternate option.
The Block Crawler is reporting that we are currently Hashing Block 706 which puts us at ~10,400 BUK's in circulation. Great job with the mining rigs. The CryptoBuck Algorithm has proven to be versatile toward Large Insta-mine Attacks. Throughout these first couple of days the network has been able to withstand 300Mh power-mining spikes that have been purposely put on the network, then removed from the Network in an assumed attempt to cripple the Network. Each time, BUK has adjusted the Difficulty to accommodate stability.
With all of this happening we are currently running at a "networkhashps" : of 76140781 - This is a Great Accomplishment of the Miners, and it shows we do have True Support for the Longevity of this Currency. I can see great things unfolding as we head into the next round.
In regards to the Chinese Exchange that BUK is currently trading on https://btcltc.com/home/index/buk_cmc - "Thank You for believing in us from Block #1" - The CryptoBuck Team would like to mention that we are VERY interested in being Traded on the American Exchanges. If any of the exchanges want to ADD BUK, we will be more than happy to cross promote this addition.
BUK needs a working "Block Explorer" that can be written to accommodate the Messaging Feature. BTC paid for this service. Please email interests to CryptoBuck@gmail or CryptoBuck@bitcointalk.org
Keep Hashin' it'll be big. CryptoBuck Team

Yeah, whatever. As of this moment I still can't connect to either pool and I can't get the wallet (windows version) to sync to the network. Waste of time mining a coin if I don't have a functioning wallet... Is anyone else having problems with the wallet? Just downloaded a few wallets for various other alt coins as a test and they all work fine. Edit: Why can't you have the wallet as an exe file like everyone else? RAR is an unnecessary PITA for such a small program.

We were contacted by the Pool Op. Last night in regards to http://buk.scryptmining.com/ - This pool is functional and hashing away. They are working on the DDos attack on the Website side. Updates will follow on this site directly when it has been resolved.

At the moment it is better not to work in this pool? Or all of the blocks and hashes will be counted?

I find it hard to believe that 2 of the 3 pools are still being DDOS'ed, yet mysteriously the Chinese pool is working fine? What's going on?
