Chrome or FireFox.

I like Chrome, because it's fast, stable, simple and has a great developer screen to see webpage's and their content.

I personally am a diehard IE user, and the ONLY fucking thing i can get used to other than IE, Is Firefox.
I cannot stand Chrome and its terrible settings menu

Edit: Lets not turn this into a "hey you're a fool for saying X about Y browser!" Lets just keep it clean and "I think X is good because of Y"

LOL - Or worse, fall behind on updates and pick up a rootkit - The NSA really helped out with tightening down security - wait! What!   Shocked
