Can you share contact information that I can reach Poloniex?

What I'm trying to reach is the support part and what else is there other than twitter.

My account is locked and I need to get to them quickly.

They provide a contact form without need to be registered or logged in:
https://poloniex.com/contact
But as I remember, as my account was locked because I didn't remember my password and tried to reset it, they sent profane automated mail, that I should use their support center

 and it was locked for new support ticket. But fortunately I have written down the password and found the note a few days later and account suddenly was unlocked.
I hope these links will help you, if not,  I will do a deaper research.

poloniex support works very slowly. Previously, I had aided support. One month later I got the answer. too long to need help

Poloniex support do reply to tickets although they do take time. It took almost three months for them to reply to my problem,which was my fault, but they did solve it.

I hope you are not disappointed, but as far as I know, they have very slow respone support.
very unfortunate indeed, for a big company like that, has a disappointing system.

I remember a blog posted last 2017 in newsbtc : "A 90-day Pending Support Ticket on Poloniex is the new Normal". Have you been waiting more than that? Considering all of the users waiting for the support response [as seen on their ANN, Reddit, Twitter], it could take much longer, but you have no other choice than waiting. They prefer contacting them by sending a ticket yet they couldn't handle the demand.

Even though you post your concern on the links above [Ann, Twitter, Reddit], I don't think you could get any help there. Good luck though, on recovering your account. Better to stay away on Polo after getting your coins.

Oh, just saw this, one user on Reddit posted his experience about his support ticket. He waited for 84 days before the problem has been solved. Really a matter of time but at least it has been solved

We wait for news from some news after binnace hacked. this causes a worry for traders where the market is safe to trade?
bitcoin proved depressed with the case. immediately get away from poloniex and some other markets until this issue ends.
