I chose ETH, because most of altcoin can be stored in ETH wallet so many people use ETH as money storage for ICO.

Of course, it can be the main crypto currency in this list, if the bitcoin command will remain silent and do nothing with the speed and cost of the transactions then I think that the bijection will be engaged in the second place or the third.
If only Bitcoin will be dumped by it's investors then surely no other crypto will be going to seat as the number one and the most valuable Crypto in the market. But it's a matter of time that Ethereum will soon surpass Bitcoin's market value capital, because Ethereum is now on its tail since early 2014. I do believe that Ethereum is better than Bitcoin in most factors so for me Ethereum is the most important Crypto in the market today. |

According to the coinmarketcap.com, more than 50% of the altcoins today are Ethereum's blockchain core and Ethereum's smart contract ERC20 is the most adapted token platform in the Crypto Market industry since last 2015. I do believe that bbitcoin's rival will be Ethereum and there's no other Crypto could beat Ethereum's overall performance and dominance in the market today. |

one thing that I think is highly unlikely that suppose ETH will be the number one coin and overtake BTC.
because as we know BTC is the center and the beginning of the world this cryptocurrency exists.
and because of that reason also I think it is impossible for ETH and other coins to overtake BTC and become number one.

I'm really very comfortable storing money in ethereum, I can always very quickly take part in any ICO, built on the basis of eth, and this is the absolute majority of projects. But I also keep some of my money in bitcoin, because bitcoin is convenient for long-term storage of funds.  |

if for a total transaction it seems that it could happen if ethereum has a very good project, as you know the position of ETH marketcap has entered the top five and to reach the top rank to 1 it seems to really need good info in order to beat the bitcoin circulation. |

Yes, the main advantage of ethereum in front of bitcoin is the availability of smart contracts, but bitcoin is more common. I believe that these coins can go in parallel because these coins are used for slightly different purposes. Bitcoin is used as digital gold, and ethereum is the platform for new ICO projects. |

I agree, bitcoin is dominant crypto currency of all time I don't think it could easily to replace by ethereum. On my opinion, ethereum is still a good coin which is still profitable but it's value is not the same as value of bitcoin as of this very moment. Thus, ethereum is impossible to reach the top. |

All I know is that ethereum can not reach the top or the most expensive crypto currency. Because the availability of ethereum is unlimited so you can make maximum supply to any level. We know that the price of crypto currency is based on demand and supply if the supply of high ethereum then the price can not reach bitcoin level.

Ethereum has all chances to reach the first place in terms of capitalization. Perhaps this will happen not this year but it will happen. The team of Vitalik Buterin works very efficiently. I believe in the ethereum.

maybe going back to 10000USD, and for now we really need to be patient and do not panic May be ETH can achieve 10kUSD, but it will be only after the bitcoins bubble are blow off, because whales will try to make another bubble and it perhaps, will be Ethereum. |

[/pre] You think its unreasonable for companies with often nothing more than a whitepaper that receive tens of millions of dollars for their ICO to pay 25k to use the platform? It's a pittance really and only logical if you keep NEO's philosophy in mind with strong KYC principles (it keeps the scams off the platform). I'm happy the threshold is there. And companies are too. Multiple promising ICOs have already transferred from ETH to NEO because it's superior tech and ingrained compliance with regulations. I haven't yet heard a single ICO that moved the other way (even though NEO now has had about 5 ICOs and 30 planned in the coming 3 months). Don't get me wrong, ETH is great. I love the decentralized aspect of it. It's great that everyone can deploy complex smart contract on there. It also has quite an inherent risk though (apparent when you look at all the scams that have been launched on the ETH platform). Edit: if you're interested here's and ICO that just moved over. [/pre] As of now I dont think so as long as bitcoin is always on the top list the ethereum was remain on the second spot in coinmarketcap list.But eventhough ethereum will not pass through the bitcoin but still one of the best crypro coins right now. |
