Somehow I known that every years first month bitcoin falling down, and then finished the January months bitcoin go with his own speed. So, first month (January) end, now 2nd month of the year 2018. Now can be rise as like 2017? or few months ago.

I really hope so.
I think it is a pretty big crash right now but I believe in the bitcoin and i think he will rise up again hopefully in february.

We can not know the time it will recover but I can definitely say bitcoin will rise again. At the beginning of the year, there is always adjusted after a year of strong growth of Bitcoin. However, this year crytocurrency really meet a lot of difficulties, I hope more in March

January is a traditionally shitty month

Last year I got so angry in January that I sold my coins for a very low price and bought it for a very high price, I thought it was the end of bitcoin. well time taught me to be patient

certain countries may try to ban bitcoin, but other countries will accept bitcoin. in countries where corruption is very large or in countries where there is no democracy it will be very difficult to accept bitcoin

Yes we need to be patient, and i think that 1 one is a good time for bitcoin, and i think that in one month bitcoin not only can recover its lost but can also make a new high price recover, which was already expected in the very beginning month of 2018, but still hope is there are we can expect that bitcoin price will recover its position in this month of February.

I think that in June 2018 there will be a peak price of bitcoin, and then Bitcoin will start to fall

Well if it takes that long then we'll have all the weak hands flushed out already and those left at the ones who pretty much understands how things work with crypto. Though i won't say that a rebound would be unexpected this month. We can all be smiling before february ends also

This pump will sure happen, but as I guess the event will not take place earlier than late February of early Spring.

Surely the bulls will rampage and can pump the price again to around $10k but it could also be a bull trap and may still go down below $8k level. For me, this is a golden opportunity to buy more BTC and hodl for atleast a year. Bitcoin is gaining popularity nowadays and once it reached another unbelievable price level, it could reach another all time high within the first quarter of 2018.

Yes, there are chances that it will increase sharply this month because the new year celebrations will be over in china around mid February so the investors will return back and the price will go up again. There is another aspect about legalising the crypto in some parts of Asia, if those countries put a ban, then I think the price will stay like this for a bit longer until the volume of the bitcoin does not cross 20 million.

Bitcoin definitely increase sharply this month, 

Bitcoins once made the high prices and now they are roaming within a certain range of amount. Not coming out of it nor going down. It is resisting in between these two levels but this will not last forever. It is a deep dip before a high jump as per the nature of crypto currencies. They always get down before bowing off.
