HODL! no matter what and dont panic sell and as long you didnt sell those tokens those arent still considered as loss. It might be floating on negative but its not really worth it to sell on loss. Better to hold off and proceed on what you are mining and accumulate bitcoin as much as you can. Not all the times we do have a bearish market because sooner or later trend will surely change.

My experience here even though the price is down I will not sell my bitcoin, because for me I lost a higher profit if you sell cheaply,

If you buy bitcoin for long term investment better you hold, don't panic !. I think bitcoin drop down much because negative speculation and investors afraid and sell their bitcoin. Everybody tells that when the dump comes you should hold and dont sell with lose. But i always sell it to cutmy losses. So after that i try to buy me in at the lowest poin. When you buy in a lot lower then you sold it, and it raises again then you get more wort then just holding and wait to get the old price. When you look at the charts right now, you will see that the old prices will not come back so fast.

Relax, calm down. Don't panic. Panicking won't help you. All I can advise you now is to hold it first then wait until the value rise up again. It's a matter of time coz if you sell it now, you can't get back your losses. You need a lot of resolve for this. Patience is a virtue.

not just you who are experiencing panic at this time. many members here suffer losses. I myself, have some altcoin in my wallet and go down almost more than 50%. yes this is a matter of trust, calmness, and speculation. I understtand that the market is so down but you know that is how crypto markett is. There was a time Bitcoin was no moving so high until last year. Most of these alt coins have not reached their roadmap yet but are being speculated in the market. It is best that you hodl till they mature

Hold. Zoom out on the price charts for some perspective and to calm any nerves. What you will see is that the general trend is still upwards. Crypto rose too quickly in December, and is now correcting. It will probably fall farther than it should, and then bounce back up. There is no reason to panic. You can trade if you're good at it, otherwise just hold.
