The market is falling sharply, I see signs of not healing, capitalization is withdrawn, should I continue to buy in the top 10 coin or should I pin down USDT and wait for new move?  Sad

There's still a lot of FUD around previous things, mostly around the tether/bitfinex situation and then facebook ban on crypto ads. Couple that then with new FUD today about India BANNING crypto (India is not banning crypto, please read the news yourself to see this is true).

How much money do you have? If you have more than enough to pay your bills, you may buy more coins. Otherwise, stay at USDT until the market recovers.

There are lots of rumors created against the bitcoin that's why the price of bitcoin keeps falling the recent FUD is that bitcoin was banned in India but I am not seen any official link says that bitcoins was banned there. All I can see that bitcoin was never legal tender there and they want to stop crypto currencies from illegal activities. So we can get that they are going to regulate the crypto currencies but everyone talking as BANNED.These are the reason for price fall.So if you want you can buy now but I hope the price will fall more a little bit.

I wouldn't want to stay in USDT right now given everything that is on going and that is the reason for all this nasty swings it is the FUD, FUD and more FUD. Now of it really should make the market move this much but the fact the media keeps pounding it down our throats, I think some investors get scared off by this. Hoping things will revert back after the Chinese New Years here.

It's the scenario of every year. Market usually suffers a correction in the beginning of the year and gains momentum usually in March end or April. You can see in the graph, there is always a red candle in the start of the year.

Moreover, this time, Wall Street is manipulating the market heavily. Goldman Sachs will get in altcoin trading in may and hedge funds are bullish on crytpos. 2018 will become the best year for cryptocurrencies without any doubt. This is just the patience game going on and panic sellers are getting ruined.

A good amount of correction has already happened and now due to media wrong interpret it is killing the pace which bitcoin should be rising. It is creating a panic among all and thus people are even selling in high losses which is kind of really killing them self. Holding for some time for now will make things more better and also will get the good uprise in Feb itself.

Just hold on. There are lots of FUDS everywhere which do make this market down and we cant really avoid that emotion would really be on here and investors would normally panic on these kind of situations which it do possibly add up the bearish trend on whats happening as of now. Market crashes do happen which we should really not be surprised of . It might even go lower on 7k on bitcoins price and even those top 10 altcoins would really dip too.

The FUD created by the Indian government is going on right now. The market which was already hit by a bearish trap has now been hit by another FUD. People from India are worried about the legal aspects of bitcoin. Even though the finance minister hasn't banned it as of yet but there is strong criticism being done by the government towards all forms of cryptocurrencies. The announcement have made the Indian market down by around 20% today.

Totally agree with this. I keep reading everyone's FUD about crypto and alts collapsing, but we are definitely NOT at that stage. This is the beginning of big money entering crypto and this year is going to be massive. Unfortunately, we have to wait for bitcoin to get its shit together, since alts are (unfortunately) tied to bitcoin's rise and fall.

Perhaps this is the battle of information, many bad guys are drowning the market by gossiping false and untrue, it is difficult to select news and be sure HOLD.

There is nothing to worry about right now the cryptocurrency is facing now a lot of problems that are affecting the prices, the bigest of them is the regulation, there were many news in the recent days about some governments thinking of banning bitcoin, and others setting heavy taxes on the exchanges, and also the news about the stolen cryptocurrency from the japanese exchange company, that also affected the prices, but as always there is nothing to worry about because soon the market will rise stronger than ever and if you are going to be buying, i guess you suggest the main cryptos like bitcoin and ethereum because those are the ones that will surely rise in the near future.

Sounds like weeding,  seems they are really shaking the tree really hard to remove weak hands in crypto market.  I believe this is another manipulation to gather more Bitcoin.  They knew that bitcoin will really go up in price after this next development so they wanted to get their hands on as many bitcoin they can gather.  I agree that this is a game of patience and those who cannot wait will suffer a great lost.

Same old, same old. First Chiana FUD, then South Korea FUD, now it's the India FUD. When will people learn that this can't really stop bitcoin or crypto. There is also the tether FUD now, although I don't even understand how people can fall for that one. First tether could only represent 1.3% of total bitcoin value, so even if they were a scam they would have no real impact on bitcoin. Also, if they were a scam why on earth would people sell bitcoin to tether lol. They should be buying bitcoin with tether, and not selling BTC.

As for the new India FUD, as usual related to banning exchanges, I just have to say that we really need reliable decentralized exchanges. Once this is done, people will no long fear these type of bans.
