I think the $ 5 price will probably happen this year because 2018 will be the era of Crypto and all altcoin will have new rates this year. For me, choosing Ripple is a long term investment because the potential of the ripple is very high and you can be assured of good returns. |

If the whole market can recover then ripple can recover with it, it won't be quick though. It could reach $5 sometime towards the end of this year, or maybe it will take longer, but as long as cryptos continue to have success then eventually XRP will reach $5. Coming from someone who dislikes ripple.

Or, it could start be used for its use case, and climb totally independently of the whole market. That would be very positive thing, as it would make people start to THINK before they invest, and invest with projects because they have strong use case, not just awesome whitepaper and cool story |

Ripple can reach $5 but it hard to tell when will that happen. It has enough support from banks who believed on its technological innovations. It's been experiencing some corrections along with other cryptocurrencies like ethereum and litecoin but I believe ripple can make it again in the near future. Ripple has also the potential to overtake higher rank coin like ethereum just like what happen in the past when it temporarily held the no.2 rank in the coinmarketcap.

If you look at the supply of ripple and the fact that they can print even more of it makes $5 a very long term hold. If you're a patient person then go ahead and wait, otherwise cut your losses and get a faster rising coin like LISK. There is a relaunching event in a few weeks, you will regain your losses if you transfer your funds from one sinking project to a rising one. The coins that pumped i.e. verge and ripple have already done their moon rise, time to find another coin.

Yes i agree with you but actually it was bubbled by a bunch of big whales and sharks , that means it has the support of many "big hands" on this world so why we wouldn't earn money from that ? Of course you have to know well about the timing when they pump or dump to earn the profits from buy and sell it. |

I bought ripple at $2.50 and i am at very high losses. I wanted to know if and when it will reach $3, $4 and if my stars shine $5 ? Please help. I am being as much patient i can but i am honestly dying from the inside looking at the prices.
The price of a coin is not the most important advantage of a Ripple. We already know that Ripple is one of the largest currencies in terms of capitalization. It has great potential and it will reach the price point of 5USD in few years  |
