Will Ripple ever reach $5 ?

If the market continues to move positively then everything becomes easy, I'm sure that this year the market will be positive, maybe the highest price that can be achieved this year is $ 1.

Well, for a long time the crypto had faced a lot of resistance but now I think everything is trying to get back on track positively, yet there's still a long way to go. I consider the market will positively turn green this year and the crypto will try to gain higher value.
Ripple is one of the most trusted coins in the market and is widely used but let's see what's the highest value it'll gain this year...

I do not think that the value of ripple will become 5$ since the number of supply of it is way to high. Also, it is impossible since it might beat bitcoin if that happens and become the top of the rank. Maybe in the next 10 years that is possible. But as of now, even if the bitcoin halving happens, 5$ Ripple is still impossible to happen.

If you HODL long enough, you might see it hitting $2.50 again but I extremely doubt it will hit $5.00.  You need to factor the supply...with 43.7 billion circulating coins (100 Billion max supply)...that translates to $218 Billion dollars market cap ($500 billion for max supply).

For reference, BTC at $10k each only equate to $182 Billion right now.

I agree with you. Ripple will not be able to reach $5 during this time because people seem to have no interest in choosing to invest and this coin has been rising very high in the past. In addition, the large supply is the reason I'm worried and every month a large amount of XRP is unlocked. Personally, I would find a better coin instead of having to invest in this coin.

$5 is very likely in the future. It hit $3 a couple of years back, based entirely on speculation of its future use case. When that use case becomes current and XRP is an integral component of international finance, I would anticipate much much higher prices.

- Raising Ripple to an international position is probably a distant thought but from your mind, we also see the hype about Ripple seems to be too great in its history, we can see how much everyone's expectations for ripple have been since the value of XRP broke through $3 in the past, and should remember that its starting point is extremely low, even worse than the value of ripple right now. Yep, I still remember when some experts predicted that Ripple would touch 5$ (even though his prediction hasn't been reached). But with ATH touching 3$ I think it's still possible to ripple to touch even higher prices if bullrun happens or there is good news about Ripple.

Many people are predicting the price of ripple will cross 5$ but look at the supply of XRP very huge, when the market is upwards ripple has a higher chance to cross the value of 3$. I have doubts about whether it has ability to cross the value of previous ATH.

nothing is impossible in crypto, everything can happen and also we must be prepared that there is a possibility that the opposite is not achieved. with $ 2.50 when you buy it is a pretty high price, because the price that has never been reached so far has never penetrated $ 4 and only briefly perched at $ 3.4. so the possibility that makes the most sense is to return to the state of $ 3.4 that can be achieved. for more I think it takes hard work from their team.

If you buy when the ripple is priced at $ 2.5 it includes the peak price. So you buy the ripple too expensive, because the ripple price
now still at $ 0.27. And in my opinion it is impossible ripple reached the price of $ 5. So my advice is you just cut loss, and  move
investing in other coins. Because the ripple's performance is still very poor at the moment. Unless you intend a long-term investment
in the ripple,then please hold up to 5 years from now. So there is a possibility in the future ripple becomes $ 5.
