maybe there's  other reason why crypto currencies banned on facebook ,  'cause as we see nowadays there are some bitcoin scammers on facebook which is ponzi that convincing more people and showing false testimonials ,maybe facebook received more report from that ponzi.  That's why they banned crypto to advertise on their site.

I think no but it's still possible but i doubt it will happen because facebook has already earned billions and it's still earning today.
I think the reason why they banned cryptos in facebook is because many already are scammed in ICOs.
People got scammed because they think cryptos is easy money but it's not so the action of facebook is fair IMO.

What I think is there is a possibility If crypto is doing well and the trend is slowly moving towards crypto and it is a money making thing Facebook will definitely want to eat this big pie.

Mark Zuckerberg stated at the start of this year that he will explore in depth about cryptocurrency. Seems like he found out ICOs are a big source of spamming, scamming. Maybe that's why he banned these ads. For facebook coins though, what I am quite sure is he won't have intention to decentralize his platform. So, it will mostly be just for payment for ads, which is digital currency. He doesn't have to create his own facebook coin in this scenerio, unless he somehow wants to test playing with this crypto thing. It's just my opinion.

Facebook's ban on ICO advertising may be under pressure from governments.
Because governments are now planning to restrict ICO, it is not unusual for them to ban the advertising of ICO, and I think they are going to launch a facebook token by themselves.

Most likely in near future we will see a lot of news about Facebook token, maybe ICO. Mark Zuckerberg already understood, that he can miss the crypto boat.

Facebook is quite successful in its activities and without the introduction of any crypto-tools. Of course, if it adds the word "blockchain" in its name, the value of assets will grow many times over

I read the statement that somebody share here from facebook, related on that statement, your mention reason above could be the most relevant reason on why facebook ban crypto.
Actually facebook not ban crypto but the ads which in facebook is not all good real crypto and some of them is ponzi like you said.
Facebook does not want to be included in the ponzi so they make quick respons to prevent more people get scam.

Right friends,  i had read this statement.  Mark zuckerberg CEO of facebook want banned cryptos in facebook due to he found out ICOs are a big source of spamming and scamming. Many people be victims of scamming that's why maybe Mark want to facebook banned crypto's ads.
I dont think so if facebook want make their own coins for businessmen or the others,  because in the fact facebook has earned billions and still earning until now! Facebook is one of the most famous media social in the world.

I don't think so, banning cryptocurrency on facebook meant be for many reasons,
1. scammer are using it to hot investors by sending fake link to you.
2. maybe mark think facebook is no longer secure with crypto.
3. or he want to come up with another ideal.
because if you are newbie or just hearing about crypto for the first time and you gain interest hoping to see the coin moon, fortunately you get scam how will you feel, many people has pass through pain because of facebook ads and they keep reporting negatively about crypto which i think is not a good repetition for crypto-currency.
so let just hope something good came out of this.

Not sure why would you need a coin in facebook; but assuming facebook came up with a use for it. facebook's decision behind banning crypto's ad is not really clear as to why; I think that would all change if maybe the gov would issue a regulation and that would inherently be adopted by all companies operating under its jurisdiction.

we do not know. but from the first, facebook already has a coin for the purchase of the game. that's what I know. perhaps, facebook has the initiative to develop their coins. yes, this is only part of my thinking. in essence we see that facebook prohibits to prevent fraud from many ico.

Morelikely no,if facebook restrict ICO paid advertisement there is less chance for them to create their own cryptocurrency.SEC will surely come to their way if they are planning to create their own cryptocurrency.
