According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I'm sorry but if Adeel06 doesn't pay in the next 12 hours we will make a "flash-auction" for 1 copy of C.A.T.
I Don't want that the other 9 people wait too long.
Each person who take place at bids knows the end time Yesterday i was here with all the people. Each one paid (and thank you for doing it quickly).
I don't want to be bad and make hurry but i think it's not corret to make people wait too long. I hope you understand.  Wink

If Adeel doesn't pay, Start the auction at 2BTC and set a minimum ending bid of 2.22BTC so its still fair for all of us that bid yesterday and paid yesterday.  Look at me, I over bid by ~0.5BTC for my 4th place spot and I still paid.  I really hope all bidders understand how to follow the gentleman's rules of auction especially for something so special as this.

EDIT: Really hope I don't have to wait an extra day, I was hoping to have all day Sunday to play with C.A.T. If I have to wait until Monday after work, that will be kind of disappointing.

Hi Adeel sorry to make you hurry.
No problem, Adeel sent me a PM, he's re-download a corrupt blockchain.
After that we are ready for C.A.T.!!!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Adeel send me you public Cryptsy Key and tell me if you want the EXE File or the JAR File. There's no difference, but EXE file is only 1, JAR file is an Archive to launch with a BAT (and not with a double click)

Just wanted to say sorry to the other 9 who have already paid.

I use the Mac client and the blockchain database randomly gets corrupted and it has to rebuild the database :\

I am at ~ 27 weeks old transactions right now, so it should be done in an hour or two

You can send without the blockchain being fully downloaded, then check your transaction on Blockchain.info for example.

@Killiz, I tried, but none of my BTC are "confirmed" so when I try sending it, it says I do not have enough BTC in my balance to complete this transaction.

UPDATE: I am at ~14 Weeks Old in terms of blockchain data.

Ram Used is about 200-250 MB

Is the program very CPU intensive as well, or not so much?  Not that the RAM usage is bad at all though.

It's a java program, part of ram is used by the environment of the JVM
Each algorithm is a thread, if you run 10 algorithm is different from run 2 algorithm. But it's not CPU intensive, loop statements are little and structure of work are not big. Most of the time is used for "lookup", and only if there are market conditions or something is changed the algo will continue calculate.

I'm running the beta from 2013-09-18 17:05:48 without stopping  Grin
Now Ram Used is 300 MB. Total Api Calls 402.798
