Yes it died and then recovered, no it started recovering again, so keep calm.
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Indeed can be seen from the chart when bitcoin have a big drop, so in the next step will rise to a new level, and this would be about 6 K fall lowest, so just like what others said, is about 70%, we need to do only continue hold, wait for the $50000 bitcoin.
