I only read the part of the whitepaper which is; TOKEN RELATED RIGHTS, my questions are:

1. According to the TOKEN RELATED RIGHTS section of the whitepaper, number 4 caught my attention; it is clearly stated that TND token holders may receive annual dividend per perspective TND token.
- Thus it mean the company have the right not to give a token holder his/her dividend?

2. What will be the requirements to have the annual dividend besides having TND tokens, do we have to be a resident of Switzerland, if not; what countries are required to have the annual dividend?

3. What will be the annual share, is it in specific cryptocurrency or fiat, and for how many years?

4. How will the company deliver the annual dividend to all token holders?


The whitepaper's font size is small, I hope the company could fix it.

1)  According to Swiss corporate laws (pretty much the same worldwide), the general assembly decides whether a dividend is paid or not. That’s why it says “may” as it is up to that decision each year.. fully according to the law.

2) There are no further requirements, simply holding the TND token is sufficient to qualify for the annual dividends.

3) It’s forever. The share depends on the capital structure of the company and how many further capital rounds it would need. However we have laid out the final structure, so 58%.

4) As simple as possible, via Ether payments to their receiving wallet.

Hi there, the price of a TND token will be the respective Ether amount corresponding 10 CHF, 9 CHF, and 8 CHF (as per discount scheme).

At a later stage, the TND token will be listed on exchanges and, subsequently the value (ie price) of 1 TND will  be determined by market forces (buy & sell offers).

This is a good question MoneyJ. We are a truly dedicated and experienced team from a broad and proven variety of backgrounds. Regarding the low traffic, there are many reasons. We did start our community building later than usual (but since then it increased dramatically on all Channels, from Twitter to Telegram to our beloved BitcoinTalk Community); we issue a security Token which is new terrain for many crypto enthusiasts and we have started our Token Sale during a period of big market dips.

Nonetheless, we are live and kicking and are super happy to have such a community like you.

Towards your last point: This is exactly what we want to change:TEND wants to democratise the access to luxury investments and experiences. This should not be limited to only the wealthiest on this planet but to every aspiring person. Revolutionising the world of investments.
