If you believe that the bear market will last and btc will move back to $3,000 to $4,000 territory, it is still a good time to change your crypto to USD or USDT.
If you believe that the bulls will take over in a few weeks to a couple of months, then HODL!

panic sell doesn't give you good profit though. Its normal to met the price of bitcoin to go below. Don't sell it at a low price instead buy more bitcoins when the bitcoin price dips. Its a good profit when you buy it in the dip.

If you panic during the time of dip, you cannot think of a good decision, and will end up loosing your investment. I don't say you don't need to sell, if you really need money but the changing in the market price is too low, just exchange a small amount and do not sell all. In this way you can still have earnings when the market price go back to a high price.

Panic sell is a worst you can do . Every decision of crypto trader should be weighed and balanced to make profit in the future , while panic sell will only lead you to a bankrupt . Look on prices of Bitcoin. It is rising. And many other coins are rising also. They just follow each others. So there is no need to sell coins you see. Don’t lose the opportunity to earn. Be patient and you will get all you want.

By panic selling all you are going to get is losses and there is no sense in selling crypto currencies at a loss after taking so much risk by investing in them.
