Is bitcoin going to hit 5000 USD ?

I do not think it's possible because bitcoin is very strong, I'm sure today is the last day bitcoin down and tomorrow bitcoin prices have started to increase again.

Yes, especially today's graph shows clearly that bitcoin will not break 8k towards lower levels again. This last drop is called correction in technical analysis in case you don't know it already. And that is the very natural behavior of markets.

These kinds of movements where the entire market goes down >20% multiple times would be called a crash anywhere else.  Only in bizarro-cryptoland would anyone call this a correction.

I think that it's very possible for BTC to drop to 5k but it seems just as likely to me that it surges back to 15k.  There just arent' enough people involved in the market yet to prevent these enormous swings.

It is very tiny line between 9K and 5K  
Still, bitcoin touched 8K, even lower and from that point started increasing. So there are two possibilities - this is only short and we will really see 5K in next few weeks or people will invest this time for long and we will see new ATH this year. I think second option has bigger chances because what I expect to see this year is - regulation by local authorities - which won't leave any place for further FUD and fake news, and second - lightning network and by-by to high fees. Anyway, this year is going to be very hard year for crypto.

I don't think so, though I would like it for bitcoin to decrease in value a little bit further for me to be able to buy and hold more but lately its market has been seen some improvement and manage to go back to $9000 again so I guess it will stop on crashing now and maybe spikes up again in value.

I think it's have relation too. Asia People have spend much money in Cryptocurrency, and close to Chinese New Year, they dump it so the price dropped. But, i believe the price will not dropped until 75%. And, after Chinese New Year the market should be normal again.

Don't worry buddy, did you invest during the peak time at 19 or 20k $? If yes do some consilidation work to average your losses buy buying more bitcoins which can leave you into positive side without losses because reaching 5k$ is highly impossible because we have seen a strong support at7.3k$, so don't worry and panic sell anything

No. I think it will not go that low. Even if it reaches $5000 maybe that will be a good for me so many will buy bitcoin. Many will invest in bitcoin because bitcoin is a long term invest. You will gain more profit in long term, that is bitcoin.

How much "deeper" you want the crypto to fall? Bitcoin has fallen from its peak of around $20,000 per coin to less than $8,000 per coin, which corresponds to more than 60% drop. This is not good for Bitcoin's future, as it will make the asset not favored by the market giants.
