Have been following up with YOBIT support, but no response till now ..
This was expected. I'm almost certain you will post here again next month and the month after about your follow up leading nowhere. Yobit is the exchange to avoid if it is top notch support you expect in the situation you are in. If you are simply waiting for something to happen, you will wait light years.
The best way forward is to be
proactive. Take control of the situation rather than just wait for them to respond to that one ticket you might have opened. Remind them constantly, even if you are given the silent treatment. Don't let a day pass without reminding them to resolve the issue. One way to get their attention (especially given that this is an exchange which deliberately ignores their trading customers in an extremely malicious manner) is by being persistent and stubborn. Reminding them will eventually catch their attention. This might not be a surefire or guaranteed way to solve this problem but as I said you must be proactive and focused.
Simply posting here every few weeks will not address the issue. Yobit is known to be insensitive to all the complaints and scam accusations leveled against them here.
