Hello Admins,

Is there a way to get back my BTC which i transferred accidentally to my YoBit BCC wallet?

I can see BTC in my BCC wallet and want admin to transfer it to my YoBit BTC account.
I have raised a ticket with YoBit support but did not get any response as of now.

Hello Admins,

Is there a way to get back my BTC which i transferred accidentally to my YoBit BCC wallet?

I can see BTC in my BCC wallet and want admin to transfer it to my YoBit BTC account.

Only YoBit support can help you to solve this problem,but their support is rather slow and let's say ineffective.You can not do anything else besides being persistent and hope for the best.

Also try YoBit chat,maybe you see admin and he can help you with your problem.

Definitely try with support, as BCC and BTC addresses share the same address format (and hence the same private key) I believe that they could import the private key in a BTC wallet, take possession of the money that you sent accidentally and then refund the amount less fees.

I can't for one vouch that they are going to do it, but technically I believe that is the procedure you could suggest that they followed.

I will surely try and follow up with YoBit support to take the appropriate action and get back my bitcoins.

Yobit is the most well known exchange with slow support services, you have to be so patient waiting till the answer your ticket. I'm sure you are not the only one are experiencing slow response form them as I can see there are many users complaining about it as well.
Nothing you can do now except waiting and keep asking through ticket support.

Yobit emptied my wallets and deleted all history

This was expected. I'm almost certain you will post here again next month and the month after about your follow up leading nowhere. Yobit is the exchange to avoid if it is top notch support you expect in the situation you are in. If you are simply waiting for something to happen, you will wait light years.

The best way forward is to be proactive. Take control of the situation rather than just wait for them to respond to that one ticket you might have opened. Remind them constantly, even if you are given the silent treatment. Don't let a day pass without reminding them to resolve the issue. One way to get their attention (especially given that this is an exchange which deliberately ignores their trading customers in an extremely malicious manner) is by being persistent and stubborn. Reminding them will eventually catch their attention. This might not be a surefire or guaranteed way to solve this problem but as I said you must be proactive and focused.

Simply posting here every few weeks will not address the issue. Yobit is known to be insensitive to all the complaints and scam accusations leveled against them here.

If your issue are still not resolved in a couple of days, you can try to create a scam accusation and post that link to admin, that should scare him Tongue

While waiting for admin to refund your coins, you might want to search for another exchange, because surely you don't want to trade with Yobit again with their slow support and numerous problems Roll Eyes

This happens often with different exchanges. All that happens due to the careless of the users. We need to be careful while transferring the funds. With these issues as most users mentioned the support team of the concern exchange is the one who can help with a solution.
