I don't think ethereum has that capacity to compete with bitcoin in the area of price and value. It will take bitcoin few positive news and adoption to get to $100,000 but it will take ethereum years of positve news and adoption to get there.  Bitcoin is not in competition with any of the cryptocurrencies because it is the one leading and others follow.

waoww, $ 100000 is a very high number and I think it will be very difficult for bitcoin and ethereum to reach the price, but if I have to choose then I guess then bitcoin will be number one.

if ethereum sees a big pump before reaching the bottom (lower than $100 and possibly $10 even) then it means the manipulation of ETH runs so much deeper than we all thought and the pumpers have a lot more money that imagined. possibly even have government involved, Russian gov or others i don't know at this point.

long story short there is no way for a coin with lots of problems like ETh and a big centralization downside to be even higher than $1000 let alone $100k so throw away your dumb dreams my friend!

Bitcoin or Ether reached $ 100,000. I think this can only happen in the future for a long time. However, if asked currency will hit $ 100000 frist then I believe the winning ability of bitcoin will be higher than Eth, and when the price is $ 100000 then ETH will follow closely behind Bicoin because now the bitcoin is still in position # 1 on coinmarketcap. However, that is just my guess, everything is hard to say in the crypto market

I think only bitcoins are able to touch $ 100k and ethreum will be behind it. But I do not talk about it can be realized, because at this time bitcoin still have difficulty to return to $ 20k.

Bitcoin has been outperforming every coins out there just by looking at the price.  So common sense will tell you can it likely the bitcoin will be the only coin that will reach this price in the future.

To be honest, I don't see ETH hiting $100K. And for those who think otherwise, what would you say that can be the main factor that will drove ETH to this price in the long run? I'm not against ETH the project is solid with its smart contract technology, but I can't think of that much factor that will really trigger it to take off and hit $100K.

Bitcoin will touch that price before any voin on earth touching it. And the factor why bitcoin can touch it first are :
1. Bitcoin in circullation smaller then ethereum
2. Bitcoin is the first decentralised currency
3. Bitcoin is the gold of digital and ethereum is just a silver.
4. Bitcoin halving in 2020 will make bitcoin harde to mined.
5. Need a lot of resource to mine only 1 bitcoin which makes bitcoin touch that price.

I think bitcoin or ethereum cannot reach $100000. This value is so high. But there is always a posibility that one of them can reach $100K or maybe both can reach that mark.

I think the answer to your question is Bitcoin, we have seen btc going to $20k from $1k within last year, so $100k is already on the cards for btc, while Eth will take more time perhaps few more years before hitting that huge milestone.

I think undoubtedly it will be bitcoin, but again, it is unknown when it will reach this price. But there is a miracle coin NANOX, "unfortunately" the price fell to$ 170000 today, the starting price was about$2000000.

It is 100% Bitcoin in my opinion. There is hardly any chance for Ethereum to hit $100K
before Bitcoin and maybe not ever.

I'm pretty sure that bitcoin will reach $100000 first. BTC is the coin anestor in the trading market, but I'm not clear and it's hard to predict when it can reach up to the $100000 price. In the end, there is a long way to go whether the bitcoin is or not. May be 2020 or longer.

I think bitcoin cause it's price will be going up in near years cause it supplies are lower than eth and we are going to mine whole amount of them, that is why imo bitcoin will hit 100k$ faster.

100,000 $ is a big amount! I do not think that in the near future Bitkoyn or Etereum cost so much, ETH maximum will cost 1500 $, and the BTC do not know exactly but not  100,000!

For me no other than Bitcoin because BTC will always be at rank 1 no matter what happen  . Ethereum is a very good altcoin but not to overtake with btc price so BTC will be @ 100k usd before ETH .

The possibility of any of them hitting 100000$ is very thin considering the battle cryptocurrency is facing right, but if I want to choose it will be bitcoin.
