One of your main Competitive Advantages is that  possible conversion of funds to FIAT. It means that you need to approve for a third company to install the FIAT to your system , right ?

You are half-correct. One of our main advantages is to hold the value of the cryptocurrency at the current market rate but we currently do not have an option to payout currencies to lets say Your bank account. We are currently in talks with few solutions that could cover that end for us. For storing value we use bitUSD. You can read more about it in our whitepaper on page 13. Your key feature is your  DECENTRALIZED EXCHANGE PROTOCOL . Could you explain in detail about this protocol . Cause I know that Looprings ( LRC ) project is also developing an DECENTRALIZED EXCHANGE PROTOCOL . So what is the key point here ?

LRC is only an exchange protocol. We looked into it already. Menuva is much more than just an exchange protocol. We will offer the complete package for all users ranging from the store gateway plugins to customer interface.

I don't see any exact date at which this will hit exchanges, but if we can get enough community support I doubt it will be a problem.
The promise of seeing a working DACP protocol is a good enough argument to pitch in.

Talking with exchanges is something that is done in the background and we can not publicly speak about it. We aim to hit the first exchanges within 2 weeks after token distriubtion.

So only the first people get bonus. There is no time limit so I guess everything is contribution based at first. At least that is what their website claims.

In cryptoworld everything is based on that who is first. History already show us that who invest in BTC at the beginning now is happy. You should also trust in your decisions, and buy that what you think is worth it!
