I think Ukyo has simply not going to fulfill G.ASICMINER-PT rules about withdrawals.
He has nearly steal huge money from me (look at his "trust").
Here is my requests history:

No matter how long it will take to figure out this "mess" with FriedCat (simply can't understand how such mistakes can appear. May be FriedCat simply fight against PT type of shares?) I get up in the queue:

Hi Vezunchik,

We sent Ukyo the whole record, and they are in the process of comparing their database to ours.
From our side we don't see the mess as huge but there are indeed inconsistencies. We also hope this difference could be solved as quickly as possible.

Right now I have the Bitcoin from AM on Bitfunder,but I can't pay it out until Ukyo fixes the problem.
He talked to me yesterday and told me he would fix this issue,

Hi Acayne,

Thank you for helping to confirm that no transfers have been allowed and that even at that time I still did not have access to shares to be able to make any transfers no matter who demanded it.

Hopefully the transfer with FriedCat will be wrapped up soon, along with trying to lock down the share issuance history.

I am spending some time with DT tonight to try to work on the transfer process and getting full access to the account once FriedCat has accepted and made the transfer. From that point I will be working with FriedCat to make sure the account balances and work towards a means of getting it corrected.

As I know FriedCat may refuse to make shares transfer only for one reason: there is no shares or less than was requested belongs to sender. What does it mean? I think there was fake G.ASICMINER-PT shares sold OR ASICMINER shares matched with G.ASICMINER-PT was sold OR G.ASICMINER-PT assert issuer just refuses to return them as direct shares.
Noone wants to clear this situation, speaking only about "Mess" with friedcat. We have entrusted our shares to DeaDTerra, Ukyo. And they lost them. Just to follow up, I am still not in control of any shares of AsicMiner and waiting for transfer confirmation from FriedCat.
There have been many mistakes with AM transfers. I have been told most were fixed.
This is why share transfers were halted to stop any further confusion while an investigation is done.

Yes, I've read it that time. And when did that post was written? Still investigating? And how about responsibility for the difference? Proceed withdraw requests and then compensate difference or unidentified shares or whatever. No, I can't see any results of "investigating" or full responsibility. If you have no access to direct shares that means that there is no shares beside G.ASICMINER-PT or they still belongs to DeaDTerra. Well, if they belongs to DeaDTerra's wallet then he is responsible for this fraud. Please, give some public proof that you can't get shares from him and this thread will be closed. Although it's very doubtful DeaDTerra's fault.

Was thinking of getting some NEOBEE shares but won't touch them if reputation of guy running Bitfunder, apparently a one man show exchange, is in question like this. Removing someone's account is very serious accusation.

Mine solved a while ago. Ukyo is pretty trustworthy but the situation of the PT is the issue. It is almost solved in every aspect except the op which I just dunno what happened to him.

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

No, it was not resolved. I said that shares were reclaimed by third side, while you Ukyo was making all possible things to delay this process.
