well i think of course yes because bitcoin is still far udervalue from its real price i think  if they sold bitcoin at february 2018, most of them was at loss and want to cut the losses and you cannot expect everybody to hold their Bitcoins if they really need to do some spending. bitcoin prices are still unstable, maybe down now but in the next few months there is still hope of rising again, we can judge someone losing a lot if they sell bitcoin at the moment, while bitcoin can still rise again, here we are talking about long-term investments, maybe just need a lot of patience if you want to get a big profit, who is patient he will win.

yes, it depends on what price we sell. if sold in the range of 1900 dollars we can still profit, but not much. if we want to be patient and wait for the price to rise again then we will profit a lot.
