Today most of the Altcoin goes Down. So what's the benefit for me Hold or Quit out from the Crypto market?

The market is often very volatile. There are big rises but also big dips, so during the dips you can either hold or trade. If you don't want to risk trading, then just look away from the price charts and wait until the dip is over. Now is a bad time to quit I think. If you're going to quit, then cash out after a big rise, not after a dip.

You have only lost the money when you sell your investments at a loss.  If you don't sell, if you are patient and hodl, you will probably get back to even at some point, and maybe even make a profit.

It's the stress management that makes money, when the situation is scary that's when to step up, clear your mind and prey that your ballsy move will become a success.

If you need the money, quit and risk selling out at low price. You can jump in back later, perhaps even cheaper than now. Or the opposite

If you don't need they money, wait for confirmation that the downtrend is broken and buy more.

can you afford that losses?if you can so sell all your coins and go out,weak handed persons not allowed here..all we need is those people that can stand in this difficulties,those persons that trusted their coins more than what they can loss.this cryptocurrency is not wet market that when you want to earn you will just sold items and there instant money.this community has risk before earn.

No need quit for the investors if the price has goes down, short term/long term.. if you at a journey on it, it's better to hold it. Hopefully you pick the right coins.
As time goes by.. it will recovering, optimistic and convince yourself that declining price movements.. it is only temporary and it will take you on the profit for the next.

If you have coins, you shouldn't sell them when the prices are low. You can never get profit with that way. You must be patient and wait for better prices to sell your coins.

If you want,  you can sold all your coins whatever the price on the market is then do it, only if your financially stable now, but if your not, and want to earn and expect more.. then try to hold a little bit longer!!!! It might Tripple your earning if you hold on.

It is too late for you to quit because the most of alternative coins now is dumping. You only get nothing but loss. The best advice for you is just hodl it. It may be depressing to watch that the graph is dumping but soon enough it will regain its value. Just hope for the best because if you quit right now and just sell all crypto you have, you will only get nothing but loss.

Quitters are losers and you're going to give up the future of our monetary system. If you quit then you'll have to work hard to survive well as if you want to succeed in Crypto market then you'll need more patience and hold your coins until they pump up because if your coins already hit coinmarketcap.com then it's a good chance that your coins will pump soon of you're willing to wait.
I've been holding more than a dozen of coins today and in the last week they're affected by mega market crash due to FUDs and fake news and information but started yesterday, almost all altcoins are coming back into life and investors and holders are really glad that their Crypto assets were pumping and most of them are already getting profits.

The prices are really wierd now. Before make your decision, you should think very carefully. I think the right decision is holding, if you have coins. Because the market prices are very low, generally.

I don't agree, the prices aren't weird because it's pretty normal that they're pumping because that's what they should do because the market bloodbath is already over and everything's coming back to life.
Most investors are already getting profits so, yes, Holding still the better option but if you're will to risk with high reward then you could start trading and earn profit little by little.
In any cases, holding still is he best option but that's only applicable for long-term investors.

There is hope for the price reversal as atleast some of the coins hold on. So if you still hold you will not lose but if you sell off now you will lose all. Just be a little patient and hold till  next month.

Holding a coin when you are stucked already wont give you a headache because you wont lose anything if you are just HOLDING your coins,usually when the market is bleeding most common thing people would do is to panic sell which is wrong because if you hold your coins when a bloodbath happened,in just few hours the market can easily recover and you wont have any losses like what these panic seller had.
