This is something that newbies are supposed to know and understand. Whenever you do things out of panic, it is not going to have a good outcome ay all, just like panic selling, when you do it, you are contributing to the reason of price going down further. We have to be aware about it so we can be part of the solution and not adding to the problem.

Many of us here are saying, why is the cryptocurrencies market is getting a dump these days. Some are saying is because of the FuD, others are saying it is because of regulations laws in south Korea and India which is also child of FUD. But did you know that  when ever you sell out of panic, you are contributing to the dump and you are also attacking the blockchain technology!

I do not think that regular people can dump the price that much actually, as people who sell in panic usually don't have enough knowledge and definitely their deposit is not that big to drop the price, so they can't hurt blockchain technology at all.
Market is being manipulated, and thats whats really drops the price and effects blockchain industry.
Still there is nothing to worry about, as crypto industry is here to stay, no matter what kind of FUD news people bring to the table, as long as there are people who understand where crypto is heading and keep enlarging their positions in crypto industry.

Yes, it is absolutely true that you are losing on a lot when you are selling the cryptocurrency you have invested in during its dip or correction in value. These phases only occur due to some short term causes which resolve itself with time and very rapidly, selling then does not only mean no profit but heavy losses.

Yes, then you do not panic or you can find a lesson about how to avoid panic when we invest then we invested down the price drastically. because you will only help lower the price.

The main reason why bitcoin price or even the altcoins dump is because of panic people who are selling their bitcoin so the price dump. After seeing false news about bitcoin they panic and start selling bitcoin and other can panic too so they experienced deep dump better to relax or calm in that situation.

really, most of us still can not control ourselves when looking at the price of coins all down...
we immediately panicked and then sell the coins we have, we indirectly also cause a Dump happened. I hope we can all learn to control ourselves when the price drops, so as not to be too quick to make a decision by selling all the coin assets we have.

Exactly! But the panic was and will always be. The effect of the herd, one someone started to panic, and all the others immediately picked it up, and a massive panic began. But now many panics, because they are tired of waiting.

Somewhat yes specially if we have so many coins in our wallet as investment and then suddenly we sell it out of panic it can contribute to the dump which can lowered the price of the crypto currency. While there are people as well who sell because they wanted to use their income out of their investments.

Absolutely agree! Definitely the first reason is the negative economic news by looking at them, the owners (ordinary shareholders) begin to sell, I think somehow repel the price and not go into the negative, other sheep follow falling price and the herd effect, too, begin to sell.... As soon as the growth begins to go, people think it is necessary to sell to boil at least a penny, from this the price falls again. This is seen by sheep who sell at the slightest drop in price and let's sell again. Nothing but fears... When people calm down, will begin to competently wait and earn, or at least not to interfere with it to do to others!!!  Huh

The prices of crytocurrency at any point in time is affected by what holders hear about their favourite crypto and the law of Demand and Supply, this makes it possible for prices to go up or down. When a great news is announced that make people feel that a coin has future prospects they tend to hold or buy more, So selling out of panic may be as a result of a certain bad news people heard about the crypto that they hold.

This is one of the wisest fast that I have ever read because it is saying so simple true. I am recommending all the newbies and weak hand guys to read this article before they would even go to the exchange site.

It is not like all of us panic sell. The situations vary.
The truth is also that almost everyone has stop loss (S/L). When the dump happens either our platform will automatically triggers the sell or we will sell at those S/L points to avoid the risk.

I would say that, in some ways, yes, panic selling can be a contributor to dump because it's not helping the whichever coin increase in value because, most of the time, people sell it in such a low price margin that the people who will buy it will get it for a bargain. Those kinds of deals will not help the coin re-up its selling value because it will just transfer hands without contributing anything to its market value. Since there is no contributed movement in value, whatever transaction that happened won't be significant to help the coin gain momentum to get some of its lost value back.

Because there are certainly inexperienced people in the cryptocurrency world, some whales capitalize on that and shake the market to cause fear and panic in people so that they sell out of fear. The whales then buy them cheap, hold and sell at a high profit which gives them a lot of profit. So I will call it making others rich as well as dumping prices.

The psychological flush to preserve capital is common in this market and that also can not blame the investors because of so many fluctuations that the psychology of investors are very weak. Whale market control is very effective and that is causing many people to leave the market because of the pressure.
