I agree with you that every holder decides to sell their possession they are contributing the price dump. Panic is one of the big contributors to price fall in the market cap. If the holders of once coin decide to dump or sell their possession to the coin they hold it cause price fall because of bulky supply of coin in the market but less demand or buyer of the coin because they fear to buy due to the price falling.
