why you are trying to join a bounty campaign you are eligible in signature campaign so try join a signature campaign in service section. But it is not simple to participate in the campaign many competitors are applied in one by one so as soon as possible you also apply else you are not accepting that campaign. Know merits system is splitting the two types qualifying rank. So you should improve your post quality then only you are rewarded.
