I've noticed a small error on the Nicehash port on https://lcc.suprnova.cc with orders smaller than 1 PH - they would show up delayed on the dashboard - this is fixed now.

I've just downloaded the wallet and am not sure how you install the bootstrap on a mac, can anyone help?

Also should the wallet say connecting to peers for a while, is this normal.

i'm only seeing one node and i'm not 100% certain but if you right click show package contents on the LCC QT application there is contents/Resources folder and I think it may be added to this folder. it has the .conf in there so should be correct, i am guessing though.

This is what I did on my Mac:

1. Download the bootstrap.dat from the LCC site.
2. Install the LCC-QT client from the site. Run it then close it.
3. Drop the bootstrap.dat into /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/
4. Make a file called litecoincash.conf in the /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/ folder.
5. Add the following nodes to the conf file and save it:

addnode=lcc.cryptopool.party:62458
addnode=lcryptopool.party:62458
addnode=l62.77.153.134:62458

6. Run the LCC-QT client. Took a about an hour to all sync up which I suspect may be because the bootstrap.dat needs to be elsewhere but someone smarter than me will know.
7. Import private keys. Rescan. Profit!

Hope this helps someone.

thanks for this. i've done as suggested, and it's definitely connecting to more peers now and it is updating. its still 2011 though, so not sure if that bootstrap is in the correct folder.

I'm just doing it now. Do you think the boostrap folder should be in a folder called litecoincash in the Application Support folder?

Gosh I only have one connection and I'm still 6 years away to sync my wallet, it's on and off sometime I have one the next minute it's off, have I done it right naming it lcc.conf or it should be litecoincash.conf

Is it possible to deposit LCC from my wallet to any exchanges for now?

I havent find any exchanger that received LCC deposit, anyone maybe Huh

It's maybe too early. We'll have to wait until Yobit enable LCC deposit. Then look where the price go...

HoDL it, no need to dump it for pennies
wait for some major exchanges & wait the further development of the coin, will gain more profit

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

I found this article which was helpful
https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/35961/bootstrap-dat-on-mac-osx-10-9-difficulty

So in finder you 'cmmd / shift / + G', scroll down to litecoincash then put the file in there. My wallet says 'updating blocks on list' so I'm hoping its  right place.

addnode=lcc.cryptopool.party:62458
addnode=lcryptopool.party:62458
addnode=l62.77.153.134:62458

You can add nodes inside client using console:

addnode "cryptopool.party:62458" add
addnode "62.77.153.134:62458" add
addnode "lcc.cryptopool.party:62458" add
addnode "79.137.225.73:62458" add

not sure if this with ip6 will work:
addnode "[2001:0:9d38:6ab8:38a1:2976:bb8b:5277]:62458" add

Lcc claim was 10 to 1 so it’s actually more like 30% of ltc price not 3%

As a ltc whale Even at 3% it would def be worth my time to claim

LCC is worth 0.03 LTC, why do people even care about this  Huh

Maybe because people see prospects in this coin. Yesterday this coin overtook bitcoin by the volume of trading on some exchanges. It surprised me very much. I did not even expect that LCC can cause such a strong interest of community.

What guide ?
Download wallet, import private key. Done
I'm a bit messed up with that: "FIRST move your LTC to a new address, THEN use the private key from the "old" address to claim your LCC"
Should I create a completely new LTC wallet and move funds in it or just a new address within the old wallet?
How do I get the private key from the old LTC wallet?

Thanks in advance, your help is much appreciated. Sorry, I'm an oldfag noob  Grin
